    Been awhile sense I ate there but the food was good. Can't wait till they open in Burnham, I'll be there every week

    We drove an extra 29 minutes after we were hungry to get to Arby's and they wouldn't -- consulted about it and refused to! -- add turkey to a Reuben sandwich, even tho a few months ago that was the special at all Arby's. When I asked if we could buy a turkey sandwich and put the meat from that sandwich on the Reuben, she said, "No! Is that all?" Amazingly poor customer service.
